Hajj Hassan: Hariri’s style will not lead to results
August 15, 2009

Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Hussein Hajj Hassan said on Saturday that Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri’s style is “not useful in forming the cabinet and will not lead to any result.” He described it as one in which “obstacles are created to cover up problems in other places.”

Hajj Hassan said that no party in Lebanon has the right to veto names during the cabinet formation. He said that the current obstructionism is intentional and that denying ministries to those who were unsuccessful in the parliamentary elections has no constitutional or political basis.

here we are back to the time before Doha ! do we need a second 7th mai to open the eyes of the majority ? The opposition does not want a unity governement. They want to rule alone, they lost the elections and they behave as if they were the winner. In every democratic country in the west the majority rules and the opposition opposes ! what are they waiting for ? Just form the cabinet without them and let the people breath !!
