Culture Minister Tamam Salam said on Sunday that the political positions that have been announced in the past few weeks, in particular Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt realignment away from the March 14 alliance, “have come at a bad time, caused a delay in the cabinet formation and undermined the efforts of Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri.”
Salam called on the PM-designate to be patient despite the obstacles and to attempt all possible alternatives to form a cabinet that reflects the results of the parliamentary elections.
