Nasrallah says he will compensate victims in Ezzedine fraud case
September 14, 2009

During an Iftar in Tyre on Monday, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah described Salah Ezzedine’s case as “a catastrophe” and promised that Hezbollah will pay compensations as it did after the July war, to victims of Ezzedine, who according to Nasrallah, had no relation to the party or any of its institutions.

He also said Hezbollah would both follow up on the issue with the judiciary and open an office to gather information on Ezzedine’s victims.
